You will be given a science career to research. You will then draw a picture of yourself as a “Bobble Head” scientist:

Your drawing should show:
1. What your scientist does

2. Where your scientist works

3. Which discipline your scientist is a part of.





THE THREE DISCIPLINES OF SCIENCE:

• LIFE  - anything living (i.e. humans, plants, animals, microorganisms, diseases)
• PHYSICAL  - anything to do with machines, energy, motion, chemicals (i.e. rockets, cars, robots, computers, atoms, acids)
• EARTH  - anything to do with our planet: 
• what earth is made up of (i.e. rocks, soil, water)
• things that effect our planet (i.e. weather, earthquakes, volcanoes) 
• the solar system our planet is part of (i.e. sun, moon, stars)
